Ezra ; Chapter 6 verse 9-12
9 Whatever is needed—young bulls, rams, male lambs for burnt offerings to the God of heaven, and wheat, salt, wine and olive oil, as requested by the priests in Jerusalem—must be given them daily without fail, 10 so that they may offer sacrifices pleasing to the God of heaven and pray for the well-being of the king and his sons.
11 Furthermore, I decree that if anyone defies this edict, a beam is to be pulled from their house and they are to be impaled on it. And for this crime their house is to be made a pile of rubble. 12 May God, who has caused his Name to dwell there, overthrow any king or people who lifts a hand to change this decree or to destroy this temple in Jerusalem.
I Darius have decreed it. Let it be carried out with diligence.
9 ان لوگو ں کو وہ سب چیزیں دو جسکی انہیں ضرورت ہو۔ اگر انہیں آسمان کے خدا کے لئے قربانی کرنے جوان بیلوں یا مینڈھوں یا میمنے کی ضرورت پڑے تو انہیں سب کچھ فرا ہم کرنی چا ہئے۔ اگر یروشلم کے کا ہن گیہوں، نمک ، مئے اور تیل مانگیں تو وہ سب بلانا غہ ہر روز ان کو دیا جانا چا ہئے 10 ان چیزوں کو یہودی کاہنوں کو دیا جا نا چاہئے تا کہ وہ قربانی پیش کر سکیں جس سے آسمان کا خدا خوش ہو گا۔انہیں وہ چیزیں دو تا کہ کا ہن میرے اور میرے بیٹو ں کے لئے دعا کریں گے۔
11 میں یہ حکم بھی دیتا ہوں کہ اگر کو ئی آدمی اس حکم کو بدلے تو اس آدمی کے مکان سے ایک لکڑی کی کڑی نکال لینی چا ہئے اور اس لکڑی کی کڑی کو اس آدمی کے جسم میں دھنسا دینا چا ہئے اور اس کے گھر کو اس وقت تک تباہ کیا جا نا چا ہئے جب تک وہ پتھروں کا ڈھیر نہ بن جا ئے۔
12 خدا یروشلم پر اپنا نام رکھے اور مجھے امید ہے کہ خدا کسی بھی بادشا ہ یا آدمی کوناکام کرے گا جو اس حکم کو بدلنے کا خیال کرے۔اگر کو ئی یروشلم میں خدا کے اس ہیکل کو تباہ کرنا چا ہتا ہے تو مجھے امید ہے کہ خدا اسے تباہ کردے گا۔
میں (دارا) نے یہ حکم دیا ہے کہ اس حکم کی تعمیل جلدی اور مکمل طور سے ہو نی چا ہئے۔
My point of view about above verses
God moved the heart of king of Persia to built a temple for him in Jerusalem
God moved the hearts of heads of Judah and the priests and Levites - & they went to build the house of Lord in Jerusalem
God moved the heart of King Dairus to rebuilt the house of God in Jerusalem
King Cyrus issued a decree to rebuilt the house of Lord and made arrangent of finances to build the House of God
King Dara of Persia issued a decree to start builting the Temple of God of heaven
Its God always who moved hearts of the people of all the nations of the world
May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
