Isaiah 38, verse 7-8

Hezekiah’s Illness
7 “‘This is the Lord’s sign to you that the Lord will do what he has promised: 8 I will make the shadow cast by the sun go back the ten steps it has gone down on the stairway of Ahaz.’” So the sunlight went back the ten steps it had gone down.
7 اور یہ خدا وند کی طرف سے تمہارے لئے نشان ہوگا جسے کہ وہ کرے گا کیوں کہ اس نے کہا تھا : 8 دیکھو میں سایہ کو جو کہ آخز کے سیڑھیوں [a] پر ہے دس سیڑھی پیچھے لیجا تا ہوں۔ تب سورج دس سیڑھی پیچھے گیا جن سیڑھیوں پر کہ وہ پہلے ہی جا چکا تھا۔
My point of view about above verses
God told Hezekiah through Isaiah – put your house in order as you are going to die – you will not recover from your illness
God told Hezekiak, king of Israel through Isaiah that I have heard your prayer and seen your tears – I will add fifteen years to your life & I will also deliver this city from the hand of king of Assyria
God gave a sign that shadow cast by sun go back ten steps as a sign for recovery of Hezekiah
May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
