Isaiah 66, verse 3-4

Judgment and Hope
3 But whoever sacrifices a bull is like one who kills a person, and whoever offers a lamb is like one who breaks a dog’s neck; whoever makes a grain offering is like one who presents pig’s blood, and whoever burns memorial incense is like one who worships an idol. They have chosen their own ways, and they delight in their abominations; 4 so I also will choose harsh treatment for them and will bring on them what they dread. For when I called, no one answered, when I spoke, no one listened. They did evil in my sight and chose what displeases me.”
3 کچھ لوگ ہیں جو بیل کو ذبح کر تے ہیں
لیکن انسان کو بھی مار تے ہیں۔
کچھ لوگ ہیں جو میمنہ کو قربان کر تے ہیں
لیکن کتے کی گردن بھی توڑ تے ہیں۔
کچھ لوگ جو اناج کا نذرانہ لا تے ہیں
لیکن وہ سوُر کا خون بھی پیش کرتے ہیں۔
کچھ لوگ ہیں جو بخور جلا تے ہیں
لیکن بتوں کی بھی عبادت کر تے ہیں۔
بہت اچھا! ان لوگوں نے اپنی را ہیں خود چن لئے ہیں۔
اور ان کا دل ان کے نفرت انگیز کا موں پر خوش رہتا ہے۔
4 اس لئے میں ان کے لئے سخت سزا چنو ں گا۔
میں ان ہی چیزوں کو جن سے وہ سب سے زیادہ خوف کھا تے ہیں ان پر لا ؤنگا ۔
میں نے انہیں بلایا،
لیکن انہوں نے میرے بلاوے پر دھیان نہیں دیا۔
میں نے ان سے با ت کی
لیکن انہوں نے نہیں سنا۔
وہ ان سبھی برے کاموں میں ملوث ہو ئے جنہیں میں نے برا کہا۔
انہوں نے ان چیزوں کو چُنا جو مجھے ناراض کرتی ہیں۔
My point of view about above verses
God says heaven is my throne and earth is my footstool – where you will built house for me – has not I made all these things
God told I look with favor who are humble and regretful in spirit - & who become fearful at my word
God told who is sacrificing bull or lamb or burning incense as offering I am not happy with them as they did not listen when I called them.
May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
