Listen !!!! God speaks

 Jeremiah 11, verse 1-5

The Covenant Is Broken

 This is the word that came to Jeremiah from the Lord: 2 “Listen to the terms of this covenant and tell them to the people of Judah and to those who live in Jerusalem. 3 Tell them that this is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: ‘Cursed is the one who does not obey the terms of this covenant— 4 the terms I commanded your ancestors when I brought them out of Egypt, out of the iron-smelting furnace.’ I said, ‘Obey me and do everything I command you, and you will be my people, and I will be your God. 5 Then I will fulfill the oath I swore to your ancestors, to give them a land flowing with milk and honey’—the land you possess today.”

I answered, “Amen, Lord.”

11 یہ وہ پیغام ہے جو یرمیاہ کو ملا۔ خداوند کا یہ پیغام آیا: 2 “اے یرمیاہ! اس معاہدے کے لفظوں کو سنو، ان باتوں کے بارے میں یہوداہ کے لوگو ں سے کہو۔ یہ باتیں یروشلم میں رہنے وا لے لوگوں سے کہو۔ 3 اور تم ان سے کہو، خداوند اسرائیل کا خدا یوں فرماتا ہے: ' جو شخص اس معاہدے کو قبول نہیں کرے گا، اس پر مصیبت آئے گی۔‘ 4 میں تمہیں اس معاہدے کے با رے میں کہہ رہا ہوں جسے میں نے تمہا رے با پ دادا کے ساتھ کیا تھا۔ میں نے وہ معاہدہ ان کے ساتھ تب تک کیا تھا جب میں انہیں مصر سے با ہر لا یاتھا۔ان لوگوں کے لئے مصر لو ہے کی دھات کو پگھلا دینے وا لی گرم بھٹی کی طرح تھا۔ میں نے ان لوگوں سے کہا، میرا حکم مانو اور وہ سب کرو جیسا میں کہتا ہوں۔ اگر تم وہ کرو گے تو تم میرے لوگ رہو گے اور میں تمہا را خدا ہوں گا۔ 

5 “تا کہ میں اس قسم کو جو میں نے تمہارے باپ دادا سے کھا ئی کہ میں ان کو ایسا ملک دوں گا جس میں دودھ اور شہد بہتا ہو۔جیسا کہ آج کے دن ہے پورا کرو ں۔” تب میں نے جواب میں کہا، “اے خداوند، آمین۔” 

My point of view about above verses

God said obey my commandments and i will give you land flowing with milk and honey - you need to obey me 

May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this word and prophets - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
