 Jeremiah 12, verse 5-6

Jeremiah’s Complaint

God’s Answer

5 “If you have raced with men on foot     and they have worn you out,     how can you compete with horses? If you stumble in safe country,     how will you manage in the thickets by the Jordan? 6 Your relatives, members of your own family—     even they have betrayed you;     they have raised a loud cry against you. Do not trust them,     though they speak well of you.

5 “اے یرمیاہ! اگر تم پیادوں کی دوڑ میں تھک چکے ہو    تو تم سواروں کے مقابلہ میں کیسے دو ڑو گے؟اگر تم محفوط ملک میں تھک جا تے ہو    تو دریائے یردن کے جنگل میں کیا کرو گے؟6 یہ لوگ تمہا رے اپنے بھا ئی ہیں۔    تمہا رے اپنے گھرانے کے بڑے لوگ تمہا رے خلاف منصوبہ بنا رہے ہیں۔تمہا رے اپنے گھرانے کے لوگ تم پر چیخ رہے ہیں۔    اگر چہ وہ تم سے میٹھی میٹھی باتیں کریں، ان پر بھروسہ نہ کرو۔”

My point of view about above verses

Jeremiah is asking to God that why wicked are prospering and at peace 

He says drag them these wicked people like sheep going for slaughter - land is desolate because of their wickedness

God told Jeremiah if you are tired in your saved country - how you will manage in another place - Your own people are against you - so do not trust on their sweet talks 

May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this word and prophets - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
