 Jeremiah 14, verse 4-6

Drought, Famine, Sword

4 The ground is cracked     because there is no rain in the land; the farmers are dismayed     and cover their heads. 5 Even the doe in the field     deserts her newborn fawn     because there is no grass. 6 Wild donkeys stand on the barren heights     and pant like jackals; their eyes fail     for lack of food.”

4 کو ئی بھی فصل کے لئے زمین تیار نہیں کرتا۔

    زمین پر بارش نہیں ہو ئی۔

کسان پریشان ہیں۔

    اس لئے انہوں نے اپنے سر شرم سے ڈھانپ لئے ہیں۔

5 یہاں تک کہ ہرنی بھی میدان میں بچہ دے کر اسے چھوڑدیتی ہے

    کیوں کہ گھاس نہیں ملتی۔

6 جنگلی گدھے سنسان ٹیلو ں پر کھڑے ہو کر

    گیدڑوں کی مانند ہانپتے ہیں۔

لیکن ان کی آنکھوں کو کو ئی چرنے یا کھا نے کی چیز نہیں دکھا ئی پڑتی۔

    چرنے کے قابل وہاں کو ئی پودا نہیں ہے۔” 

My point of view about above verses

God tell Jeremiah about draught and said that inhabitants and nobels will be disturbed as they will not find water and feel ashamed - Farmers and birds are in distressed because of harsh weather iniatated by God 

May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this word and prophets - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
