Listen !!!! God speaks

 Jeremiah 16, verse 19- 21

19 Lord, my strength and my fortress,     my refuge in time of distress, to you the nations will come     from the ends of the earth and say, “Our ancestors possessed nothing but false gods,     worthless idols that did them no good. 20 Do people make their own gods?     Yes, but they are not gods!”

21 “Therefore I will teach them—     this time I will teach them     my power and might. Then they will know     that my name is the Lord.

یَرمِیاہ پُورے اِعتماد سے خُداوند سے دُعا مانگتا ہے

19اَے خُداوند میری قُوّت اور میرے گڑھ اور مُصِیبت کے دِن میں میری پناہ گاہ! دُنیا کے کناروں سے قَومیں تیرے پاس آ کر کہیں گی کہ فی الحقِیقت ہمارے باپ دادا نے محض جُھوٹ کی مِیراث حاصِل کی یعنی بُطلان اور بے سُود چِیزیں۔ 20کیا اِنسان اپنے لِئے معبُود بنائے جو خُدا نہیں ہیں؟

21اِس لِئے دیکھ مَیں اِس مرتبہ اُن کو آگاہ کرُوں گا۔ مَیں اپنا ہاتھ اور اپنا زور اُن کو دِکھاؤُں گا اور وہ جانیں گے کہ میرا نام یہوواؔہ ہے۔

My point of view about above verses

God told me you will not marry in this land because God says that sons and daughters born in this land will die because of deadly disease – they will not be mourned or buried – they will perish by sword and famine and their dead bodies will become food of animals and birds

God said I will send many fishermen and hunter who will catch and hunt them – my eyes are on their sins – they can’t conceal themselves – I will repay them double for their wickedness

God said this time I will teach them this time so that they know I am LORD

May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this word and prophets - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
