 Jeremiah 17, verse 9-10

9 The heart is deceitful above all things     and beyond cure.     Who can understand it?

10 “I the Lord search the heart     and examine the mind, to reward each person according to their conduct,     according to what their deeds deserve.”

9دِل سب چِیزوں سے زِیادہ حِیلہ باز اور لاعِلاج ہے۔

اُس کو کَون دریافت کر سکتا ہے؟

10مَیں خُداوند دِل و دِماغ کو جانچتا اور آزماتا ہُوں

تاکہ ہر ایک آدمی کو اُس کی چال کے مُوافِق

اور اُس کے کاموں کے پَھل کے مُطابِق بدلہ دُوں۔

My point of view about above verses

God said Judah’s sins are engraved with iron tool on the tablets of their hearts, even their children remember the bad old days of their sins so I will enslave you to your enemies on a land you don’t know as you have kindled my anger

Heart deceitfulness is beyond cure- no one can understand it

God says I search heart and examine the mind and reward each person according to their conduct and deeds they deserve

May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this word and prophets - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
