Listen !!!! God speaks

Date:      June 26th , 2025

 Jeremiah 18, verse 16-17

Source: Bible New International Version

16 Their land will be an object of horror     and of lasting scorn; all who pass by will be appalled     and will shake their heads. 17 Like a wind from the east,     I will scatter them before their enemies; I will show them my back and not my face     in the day of their disaster.”

16کہ وہ اپنی سرزمِین کو وِیرانی

اور ہمیشہ کی حَیرانی اور سُسکار کا باعِث بنائیں۔

ہر ایک جو اُدھر سے گُذرے دنگ ہو گا

اور سر ہِلائے گا۔

17مَیں اُن کو دُشمن کے سامنے

گویا پُوربی ہوا سے تِتّربِتّر کر دُوں گا۔

اُن کی مُصِیبت کے وقت اُن کو مُنہ نہیں بلکہ پِیٹھ دِکھاؤُں گا۔

My point of view about above verses

God said you Israelites are in my hands like a clay in potter’s hand – If a nation do evil and later repent so I will change my mind of bringing disaster on them but if a nation or kingdom is to be built and later it do evil so I will consider of doing good with it or not

God said go to people of Judah and Jerusalem – I am preparing a disaster for you so turn from your evil ways but they will say no we will not do that – we will follow the stubbornness of our hearts

My people worship idols and burn incense for worthless idols - they forgot me 

So i will forget them too and show my back at the time of disaster and their land will be an object of horror as they rejected me 

May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this word and prophets - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
