Listen !!!! God speaks

 Jeremiah 22, verse 11-12

¹¹ For this is what the Lord says about Shallum son of Josiah, who succeeded his father as king of Judah but has gone from this place: “He will never return. ¹² He will die in the place where they have led him captive; he will not see this land again.”

1کیونکہ شاہِ یہُوداؔہ سلُوؔم بِن یُوسیاؔہ کی بابت جو اپنے باپ یُوسیاؔہ کا جانشِین ہُؤا اور اِس جگہ سے چلا گیا خُداوند یُوں فرماتا ہے کہ وہ پِھر اِس طرف نہ آئے گا۔ 12بلکہ وہ اُسی جگہ مَرے گا جہاں اُسے اسِیر کر کے لے گئے ہیں اور اِس مُلک کو پِھر نہ دیکھے گا۔ 

My point of view about above verses

God said people will pass by and ask what has done to this city, and the answer would be God did this as they have forsaken their Lord and serve other gods

God said do not mourn over a dead king but for him who is exiled – because he will never return nor see his native land again

God told about Shallum, king of Judah – that he will never return and die in a place where he is captive

May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this word and prophets - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
