 Jeremiah 23, verse 15

¹⁵ Therefore this is what the Lord Almighty says concerning the prophets:

“I will make them eat bitter food     and drink poisoned water, because from the prophets of Jerusalem     ungodliness has spread throughout the land.”

15اِسی لِئے ربُّ الافواج نبِیوں کی بابت یُوں فرماتا ہے کہ

دیکھ مَیں اُن کو ناگدَونا کِھلاؤُں گا

اور اِندراین کا پانی پِلاؤُں گا

کیونکہ یروشلیِم کے نبیوں ہی سے تمام مُلک میں

بے دِینی پَھیلی ہے۔

My point of view about above verses

God said because of unjust use of power by prophets - land is cursed 

God said days are coming when people will say as surely as Lord lives, who brought descendants of Israelites not only from Egypt but from North and out of all other countries so that they can stay in their own land

God said both prophet and priest are godless- even in my temple they do wickedness

So God said I will punish them – their path will become slippery and they will fall

God said prophets of Samaria prophesied by Baal and led my people astrayGod said prophets of Jerusalem are horrible, they commit adultery and live lie and strengthen evil doers so that no one can turn from their wickedness- They are like Sodom and people of Jerusalem are like Gomorrah

God said these prophets has to eat bitter food and poisoned water as ungodliness has spread throughout the land because of them

May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this word and prophets - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
