Listen !!!! God speaks

 Jeremiah 23, verse 16

¹⁶ This is what the Lord Almighty says:

“Do not listen to what the prophets are prophesying to you;     they fill you with false hopes. They speak visions from their own minds,     not from the mouth of the Lord.

16ربُّ الافواج یُوں فرماتا ہے کہ اُن نبِیوں کی باتیں نہ سُنو جو تُم سے نبُوّت کرتے ہیں۔ وہ تُم کو بطالت کی تعلیِم دیتے ہیں۔ وہ اپنے دِلوں کے اِلہام بیان کرتے ہیں نہ کہ خُداوند کے مُنہ کی باتیں۔  

My point of view about above verses

God said prophets of Jerusalem are horrible, they commit adultery and live lie and strengthen evil doers so that no one can turn from their wickedness- They are like Sodom and people of Jerusalem are like Gomorrah

God said these prophets has to eat bitter food and poisoned water as ungodliness has spread throughout the land because of them

God said don’t listen to prophets as their prophesies are false, visions are from their own minds and not from the side of GodMay God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this word and prophets - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
