 Jeremiah 26, verse 12-15

Jeremiah Threatened With Death

¹² Then Jeremiah said to all the officials and all the people: “The Lord sent me to prophesy against this house and this city all the things you have heard. ¹³ Now reform your ways and your actions and obey the Lord your God. Then the Lord will relent and not bring the disaster he has pronounced against you. ¹⁴ As for me, I am in your hands; do with me whatever you think is good and right. ¹⁵ Be assured, however, that if you put me to death, you will bring the guilt of innocent blood on yourselves and on this city and on those who live in it, for in truth the Lord has sent me to you to speak all these words in your hearing.”

10اور یہُوداؔہ کے اُمرا یہ باتیں سُن کر بادشاہ کے گھر سے خُداوند کے گھر میں آئے اور خُداوند کے گھر کے نئے پھاٹک کے مدخل پر بَیٹھے۔ 11اور کاہِنوں اور نبِیوں نے اُمرا سے اور سب لوگوں سے مُخاطِب ہو کر کہا کہ یہ شخص واجِبُ القتل ہے کیونکہ اِس نے اِس شہر کے خِلاف نبُوّت کی ہے جَیسا کہ تُم نے اپنے کانوں سے سُنا۔

12تب یَرمِیاؔہ نے سب اُمرا اور تمام لوگوں سے مُخاطِب ہو کر کہا کہ خُداوند نے مُجھے بھیجا کہ اِس گھر اور اِس شہر کے خِلاف وہ سب باتیں جو تُم نے سُنی ہیں نبُوّت سے کہُوں۔ 13اِس لِئے اب تُم اپنی روِش اور اپنے اعمال کو درُست کرو اور خُداوند اپنے خُدا کی آواز کے شِنوا ہو تاکہ خُداوند اُس عذاب سے جِس کا تُمہارے خِلاف اِعلان کِیا ہے باز رہے۔ 14اور دیکھو مَیں تو تُمہارے قابُو میں ہُوں۔ جو کُچھ تُمہاری نظر میں خُوب و راست ہو مُجھ سے کرو۔ 15پر یقِین جانو کہ اگر تُم مُجھے قتل کرو گے تو بے گُناہ کا خُون اپنے آپ پر اور اِس شہر پر اور اِس کے باشِندوں پر لاؤ گے کیونکہ در حقِیقت خُداوند نے مُجھے تُمہارے پاس بھیجا ہے کہ تُمہارے کانوں میں یہ سب باتیں کہُوں۔

My point of view about above verses

God told Jeremiah stand in the courtyard of Lord’s house and speak to all the people of Judah, probably they listen and I relent myself to not bring disaster because of the evil they have done- if you will not listen and follow my law which I have set before you and if you will not listen to my prophets whom I have sent to you again and again – I will make this house a city of curse among all the nations of earth

All people threatend Jeremiah to die as he was speaking on LORDS'S NAME that this city will be destroyed 

and if you put me to death - you will bring the guilt of shedding of innocent blood on you as i am speaking as LORD asked me to speak

May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this word and prophets - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
