 Jeremiah 30, verse 17-18

Restoration of Israel

¹⁷ But I will restore you to health     and heal your wounds,’ declares the Lord, ‘because you are called an outcast,     Zion for whom no one cares.’

¹⁸ “This is what the Lord says:

“‘I will restore the fortunes of Jacob’s tents

    and have compassion on his dwellings;

the city will be rebuilt on her ruins,

    and the palace will stand in its proper place 

17کیونکہ مَیں پِھر تُجھے تندرُستی

اور تیرے زخموں سے شِفا بخشُوں گا۔

خُداوند فرماتا ہے

کیونکہ اُنہوں نے تیرا نام مردُودہ رکھّا

کہ یہ صِیُّون ہے جِسے کوئی نہیں پُوچھت

18خُداوند یُوں فرماتا ہے کہ

دیکھ مَیں یعقُوبؔ کے خَیموں کی اَسِیری کو مَوقُوف

کراؤُں گا

اور اُس کے مسکنوں پر رحمت کرُوں گا

اور شہر اپنے ہی پہاڑ پر بنایا جائے گا اور قصر اپنے

ہی مقام پر آباد ہو جائے گا۔

My point of view about above verses

God told Jeremiah write all the words which I have spoken to you in a book, the days are coming when my people will come back from captivity and possess the land which I have given to their ancestors

God asking Jeremiah that all Israelites turned pale and having labour pains because of fear but tell them i will rescue them from their sins 

God said during time of trouble - I will rescue my people Israelites - no longer they will be enslaved by foreigners 

I will bring back my people from exile and they will serve their God and their king David again 

God said that I am with you and save you - however will not leave you unpunished because of your tresspasses

God said I handled you cruelly because your sins are so many and you have no one who cares for you 

God said why are you crying against your sins - as those can't  be cured - however whoever afflict you - I will afflict them 

God said as you are called outcast - so i will restore your health and your city will be built on ruins 

 May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this word and prophets - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
