 Jeremiah 33, verse 4-5

Promise of Restoration

⁴ For this is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says about the houses in this city and the royal palaces of Judah that have been torn down to be used against the siege ramps and the sword ⁵ in the fight with the Babylonians: ‘They will be filled with the dead bodies of the people I will slay in my anger and wrath. I will hide my face from this city because of all its wickedness.

ایک اور اُمّید افزا وَعدہ

4کیونکہ خُداوند اِسرائیل کا خُدا اِس شہر کے گھروں کی بابت اور شاہانِ یہُوداؔہ کے گھروں کی بابت جو دمدموں اور تلوار کے باعِث گِرا دِئے گئے ہیں یُوں فرماتا ہے۔ 5کہ وہ کسدیوں سے لڑنے آئے ہیں اور اُن کو آدمِیوں کی لاشوں سے بھریں گے۔ جِن کو مَیں نے اپنے قہر و غضب سے قتل کِیا ہے اور جِن کی تمام شرارت کے سبب سے مَیں نے اِس شہر سے اپنا مُنہ چُھپایا ہے۔ 

My point of view about above verses

When Jeremiah was confined in the courtyard of guard – the word of Lord came to him – I the one who has made the earth, who formed it and established it, call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know

God said that houses and royal palace  in this city will be filled with dead bodies I will slay and I will hide my face from them because of all its wickedness

 May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this word and prophets - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
