 Jeremiah 37, verse 6-8

Jeremiah in Prison

⁶ Then the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah the prophet: ⁷ “This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: Tell the king of Judah, who sent you to inquire of me, ‘Pharaoh’s army, which has marched out to support you, will go back to its own land, to Egypt. ⁸ Then the Babylonians will return and attack this city; they will capture it and burn it down.’

صدقیاہ یَرمِیاہ سے درخواست کرتا ہے

6تب خُداوند کا یہ کلام یَرمِیاؔہ نبی پر نازِل ہُؤا۔ 7کہ خُداوند اِسرائیل کا خُدا یُوں فرماتا ہے کہ تُم شاہِ یہُوداؔہ سے جِس نے تُم کو میری طرف بھیجا کہ مُجھ سے دریافت کرو یُوں کہنا کہ دیکھ فرِعونؔ کی فَوج جو تُمہاری مدد کو نِکلی ہے اپنے مُلک مِصرؔ کو لَوٹ جائے گی۔ 8اور کسدی واپس آ کر اِس شہر سے لڑیں گے اور اِسے فتح کر کے آگ سے جلائیں گے۔ 

My point of view about above verses

Zedekiah was made new king of Judah by king of Babylon - and he sent meesage to Jeremiah to pray to God for us 

King Zedekiak asked Jermehiah to pray from God for us and inquire about us – God said tell him Pharos’s army of Egypt which is marching to support you will go back to Egypt – then the Babylonians will return and attack this city and capture it and burn it down

 May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this word and prophets - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
