Listen !!!! God speaks

Date:      13th April, 2026

 Jeremiah 38, verse 1-3

38 Shephatiah son of Mattan, Gedaliah son of Pashhur, Jehukal son of Shelemiah, and Pashhur son of Malkijah heard what Jeremiah was telling all the people when he said, ² “This is what the Lord says: ‘Whoever stays in this city will die by the sword, famine or plague, but whoever goes over to the Babylonians will live. They will escape with their lives; they will live.’ ³ And this is what the Lord says: ‘This city will certainly be given into the hands of the army of the king of Babylon, who will capture it.’”

یَرمِیاہ ایک کیِچڑ والے حَوض میں

1پِھر سفطیاؔہ بِن متّان اور جدلیاؔہ بِن فشحُور اور یوکُل بِن سلمیاؔہ اور فشحُور بِن ملکیاہ نے وہ باتیں جو یَرمِیاؔہ سب لوگوں سے کہتا تھا سُنِیں۔ وہ کہتا تھا۔ 2خُداوند یُوں فرماتا ہے کہ جو کوئی اِس شہر میں رہے گا وہ تلوار اور کال اور وبا سے مَرے گا اور جو کسدیوں میں جا مِلے گا وہ زِندہ رہے گا اور اُس کی جان اُس کے لِئے غنِیمت ہو گی اور وہ جِیتا رہے گا۔ 3خُداوند یُوں فرماتا ہے کہ یہ شہر یقِیناً شاہِ بابل کی فَوج کے حوالہ کر دِیا جائے گا اور وہ اِسے لے لے گا۔

My point of view about above verses

Jeremiah told people that God says whoever stays in this city will die by sword, famine, or plague – but whoever goes to Babylonians will live- they will escape  with their lives – this city will certainly will be given into the hands of king of Babylon – who will capture it

 May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this word and prophets - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
