A Message About the Philistines

 ³ at the sound of the hooves of galloping steeds,     at the noise of enemy chariots     and the rumble of their wheels. Parents will not turn to help their children;     their hands will hang limp. ⁴ For the day has come     to destroy all the Philistines and to remove all survivors     who could help Tyre and Sidon. The Lord is about to destroy the Philistines,     the remnant from the coasts of Caphtor.

فِلسِتیوں کے بارے میں خُداوند کا پَیغام

3اُس کے طاقتور گھوڑوں کے سُموں کی ٹاپ کی

آواز سے

اُس کے رتھوں کے ریلے اور اُس کے پہِیّوں کی

گڑگڑاہٹ سے

باپ کمزوری کے باعِث اپنے بچّوں کی طرف

لَوٹ کر نہ دیکھیں گے۔

4یہ اُس دِن کے سبب سے ہو گا جو آتا ہے کہ سب

فلِستِیوں کو غارت کرے

اور صُور اور صَیدا سے ہر مددگار کو جو باقی رہ گیا ہے

نیست کرے

کیونکہ خُداوند فلِستِیوں کو

یعنی کَفتور کے جزِیرہ کے باقی لوگوں کو غارت

کرے گا۔

My point of view about above verses

Word of God concerning Philistines before King of Egypt attacked Gaza 

God said the inhabitants of Gaza will wail because of Pharaoh's attack - 

God said I will destroy Philistines 

 May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this word and prophets - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
