A Message About Moab

God’s message about Moab

¹⁴ “How can you say, ‘We are warriors,     men valiant in battle’? ¹⁵ Moab will be destroyed and her towns invaded;     her finest young men will go down in the slaughter,”     declares the King, whose name is the Lord Almighty. ¹⁶ “The fall of Moab is at hand;     her calamity will come quickly. ¹⁷ Mourn for her, all who live around her,     all who know her fame; say, ‘How broken is the mighty scepter,     how broken the glorious staff!’

موآب کی بربادی

14تُم کیونکر کہتے ہو کہ ہم پہلوان ہیں

اور جنگ کے لِئے زبردست سُورما ہیں؟

15موآؔب غارت ہُؤا۔ اُس کے شہروں کا دُھواں

اُٹھ رہا ہے

اور اُس کے چِیدہ جوان قتل ہونے کو اُتر گئے۔

وہ بادشاہ فرماتا ہے

جِس کا نام ربُّ الافواج ہے۔

16نزدِیک ہے کہ موآؔب پر آفت آئے اور اُن کا

وبال دَوڑا آتا ہے۔

17اَے اُس کے اِردگِرد والو سب اُس پر افسوس کرو

اور تُم سب جو اُس کے نام سے واقِف ہو

کہو کہ یہ موٹا عصا اور خُوب صُورت ڈنڈا کیونکر

ٹُوٹ گیا۔

My point of view about above verses

Word of God concerning Moab 

Moab will be ruined and this nation will put to an end - its stronghold will be captured and others will plan its downfall - little ones of Moab will cry out to save their lives - there is no one to live in cities of Moab- God has declarede this - God says Moab lived comfortably from childhood - but now it’s to suffer because of its wrong doings  - they will be ashamed from them whom they trust as Isreal when they trusted in Bethel - Moab with its mighty men will be destroyed 

 May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this word and prophets - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
