Jeremiah 51, verse 1-3
Source: Bible New International Version۔
This is what the Lord says:
“See, I will stir up the spirit of a destroyer against Babylon and the people of Leb Kamai. 2 I will send foreigners to Babylon to winnow her and to devastate her land; they will oppose her on every side in the day of her disaster. 3 Let not the archer string his bow, nor let him put on his armor. Do not spare her young men; completely destroy her army.
بابل پر مزید غضب
1خُداوند یُوں فرماتا ہے کہ دیکھ مَیں بابل پر اور اُس مُخالِف دارُالسّلطنت کے رہنے والوں پر ایک مُہلِک ہوا چلاؤُں گا۔ 2اور مَیں اُسانے والوں کو بابل میں بھیجُوں گا کہ اُسے اُسائیں اور اُس کی سرزمِین کو خالی کریں۔ یقِیناً اُس کی مُصِیبت کے دِن وہ اُس کے دُشمن بن کر اُسے چاروں طرف سے گھیر لیں گے۔ 3اُس کے کمان داروں اور زِرہ پوشوں پر تِیر اندازی کرو۔ تُم اُس کے جوانوں پر رحم نہ کرو۔ اُس کے تمام لشکر کو بِالکُل ہلاک کرو۔
My point of view about above verses
God said following
This is what Lord says about Babylon
Babylon will be desolate among nations-declares the LORD - Babel will be destroyed by an oponent and foreigners to destroy its land and its army and its young and old completely
May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this word and prophets - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
