 Ezekiel 3, verse 12 - 17

  ¹² Then the Spirit lifted me up, and I heard behind me a loud rumbling sound as the glory of the Lord rose from the place where it was standing. ¹³ It was the sound of the wings of the living creatures brushing against each other and the sound of the wheels beside them, a loud rumbling sound. ¹⁴ The Spirit then lifted me up and took me away, and I went in bitterness and in the anger of my spirit, with the strong hand of the Lord on me 

Ezekiel’s Task as Watchman

¹⁶ At the end of seven days the word of the Lord came to me: ¹⁷ “Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the people of Israel; so hear the word I speak and give them warning from me.

12اور رُوح نے مُجھے اُٹھا لِیا اور مَیں نے اپنے پِیچھے ایک بڑی کڑک کی آواز سُنی جو کہتی تھی کہ خُداوند کا جلال اُس کے مسکن سے مُبارک ہو۔ 13اور جان داروں کے پروں کے ایک دُوسرے سے لگنے کی آواز اور اُن کے مُقابِل پہیوں کی آواز اور ایک بڑے دھڑاکے کی آواز سُنائی دی۔ 14اور رُوح مُجھے اُٹھا کر لے گئی۔ سو مَیں تلخ دِل اور غضب ناک ہو کر روانہ ہُؤا اور خُداوند کا ہاتھ مُجھ پر غالِب تھا۔ 15اور مَیں تل ابِیبؔ میں اسِیروں کے پاس جو نہرِ کبار کے کنارے بستے تھے پُہنچا اور جہاں وہ رہتے تھے مَیں سات دِن تک اُن کے درمِیان پریشان بَیٹھا رہا۔

خُداوند حِزقی ایل کو نِگہبان مُقرّر کرتا ہے

16اور سات دِن کے بعد خُداوند کا کلام مُجھ پر نازِل ہُؤا 17کہ اَے آدمؔ زاد مَیں نے تُجھے بنی اِسرائیل کا نِگہبان مُقرّر کِیا۔ پس تُو میرے مُنہ کا کلام سُن اور میری طرف سے اُن کو آگاہ کر دے۔

My point of view about above verses

God said to me – son of man you are watchman for the people of Israel – so speak to them and warn them

 May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this word and prophets - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
