The Breast piece
29 “Whenever Aaron enters the Holy Place, he will bear the names of the sons of Israel over his heart on the breast piece of decision as a continuing memorial before the Lord. 30 Also put the Urim and the Thummim in the breast piece, so they may be over Aaron’s heart whenever he enters the presence of the Lord. Thus Aaron will always bear the means of making decisions for the Israelites over his heart before the Lord.
My point of view about above verses
God gave the design of breast piece to Moses which should contain the names of 12 tribes of Israelites on his breast & also put Urim & Thummim in it – so whenever Aaron enters the tabernacle carry the names of Israelites on his heart before Lord- (The ancient Urim and Thummim were stones used for divination by the Hebrew high priests. The stones were used to decide important maters and judge the innocence or guilt of a sinner. They were kept on Aaron's breast plate next to the twelve tribes of Israel. Each order comes with one Urim and one Thummim stone.) (As described in internet source)
