Leviticus 5 verse 1
“‘If anyone sins because they do not speak up when they hear a public charge to testify regarding something they have seen or learned about, they will be held responsible
My point of view about above verses
If a person has seen something or heard and in public has to testify but remain silent then he will be responsible for his act and be punished
