Leviticus 18 verse 15 - 18
Unlawful Sexual Relations
15 “‘Do not have sexual relations with your daughter-in-law. She is your son’s wife; do not have relations with her.
16 “‘Do not have sexual relations with your brother’s wife; that would dishonor your brother.
17 “‘Do not have sexual relations with both a woman and her daughter. Do not have sexual relations with either her son’s daughter or her daughter’s daughter; they are her close relatives. That is wickedness.
18 “‘Do not take your wife’s sister as a rival wife and have sexual relations with her while your wife is living.
My point of view about above verses
Our God is holy and prohibits us to do unlawful things - Man is required to treat his daughter-in law as his daughter - his brother's wife as his sister - if a man goes for second marriage and his wife has a daughter - he has to treat her like his own daughter and is not supposed to have sexual relations with her wife's daughter or with her daughter's siblings - this is very bad in eyes of God - so he has to be away from such bad behaviors rather wickedness - Man should not marry sister of his wife if his wife is alive
God wants his people especially men to obey all his laws mentioned in above verses to have a prosperous life on earth -
