Leviticus 19 verse 5-8
5 “‘When you sacrifice a fellowship offering to the Lord, sacrifice it in such a way that it will be accepted on your behalf. 6 It shall be eaten on the day you sacrifice it or on the next day; anything left over until the third day must be burned up. 7 If any of it is eaten on the third day, it is impure and will not be accepted. 8 Whoever eats it will be held responsible because they have desecrated what is holy to the Lord; they must be cut off from their people.
My point of view about above verses
For fellowship offering God gave three principles to follow
1- It should be offer according to the way mentioned in law
2- It should be eaten maximum in two days - It should not be stored - if something left from the meat it should be burned up
3- If you store it or eat it in 3rd day - you are wasting your offering - such a person will be no more part of the community
God told Moses to tell Israelite to obey my word -
May God inclined us to read word of God on daily basis & help us to obey Him in its true spirit
God wants his people to obey all his laws and decrees to have a blissful life on earth
God bless all who are obeying His commandments
