Leviticus 19 verse 12
12 “‘Do not swear falsely by my name and so profane the name of your God. I am the Lord.
13 “‘Do not defraud or rob your neighbor.
My point of view about above verse
God does not want us to use his name on false grounds because by using his name for our worldly gain - we are dis-respecting him - Usually to handle worldly matters we often swear by God so that other person believe us - - we have to make sure that if we are swearing by His name - its for truth only - we need to respect God
God does not want us to rob or to make fraud with our neighbor - who is our neighbor - the one who is our well- wisher and one who is living next door, Actually if we want to keep our self in peace we have to avoid such practices.
May God inclined us to obey his words to lead our life the way God wants us to live on this earth - As its beneficial for all of us if we fulfill God' will - Who does not want his/her benefit???
