Leviticus 22 verse 23-25
Unacceptable Sacrifices
23 You may, however, present as a freewill offering an ox or a sheep that is deformed or stunted, but it will not be accepted in fulfillment of a vow. 24 You must not offer to the Lord an animal whose testicles are bruised, crushed, torn or cut. You must not do this in your own land, 25 and you must not accept such animals from the hand of a foreigner and offer them as the food of your God. They will not be accepted on your behalf, because they are deformed and have defects.’”
My point of view about above verses
God told Moses to tell Aaron (the high priest) and his sons and all Israelite and foreigners residing among them that if they want to offer a free will offering - then they can offer a deformed ox or sheep or goat but if its a vow offering - then its not acceptable
Same is applicable to foreigners residing among you - it means they can also present offerings as Israelite do
You are not supposed to offer an animal which has defects - if it has any defect it will not be acceptable - Don't put it on altar for a burnt offering -
God wants us to sacrifice animals which are without defect - means we need to offer best thing to Lord as thanks giving
We need to live in this world as God wants us to live - we have to do what he is telling us to do-
May God inclined us to obey his words to lead our lives the way God wants us to live on this earth -
May God bless all those who are obeying His commandments
