Leviticus 22 verse 31- 33
31 “Keep my commands and follow them. I am the Lord. 32 Do not profane my holy name, for I must be acknowledged as holy by the Israelites. I am the Lord, who made you holy 33 and who brought you out of Egypt to be your God. I am the Lord.”
31)سو تُم میرے حُکموں کو ماننا اور اُن پر عمل کرنا ۔ مَیں خُداوند ہُوں۔
(32)تُم میرے پاک نام کو ناپاک نہ ٹھہرانا کیونکہ مَیں بنی اِسرائیل کے درمِیان ضرُور ہی پاک مانا جاؤُں گا ۔ مَیں خُداوند تُمہارا مُقدّس کرنے والا ہُوں۔
(33)جو تُم کو مُلکِ مِصر سے نِکال لایا ہُوں تاکہ تُمہارا خُدا بنا رہُوں ۔ مَیں خُداوند ہُوں
My point of view about above verses
God want us to keep his commandments and be holy as He is holy Lord - He says i am your Lord and will remain your Lord - its me who make you holy - holy means one separated by God for his purpose - so he has separated us from the mob - so we need to obey him by observing all commandments
Our God is all knowing and whatever he tells, its for our benefit and we are supposed to obey His commandments without any logic - If we can understand logic well and good but if not we have to obey it as it is
As mercy and goodness of God will follow if we obey Him
We need to live in this world as God wants us to live - we have to do what he is telling us to do-
May God inclined us to obey his words to lead our lives the way God wants us to live on this earth -
