Numbers 11 ; verse 31-34
31 Now a wind went out from the Lord and drove quail in from the sea. It scattered them up to two cubits deep all around the camp, as far as a day’s walk in any direction. 32 All that day and night and all the next day the people went out and gathered quail. No one gathered less than ten homers. Then they spread them out all around the camp. 33 But while the meat was still between their teeth and before it could be consumed, the anger of the Lord burned against the people, and he struck them with a severe plague. 34 Therefore the place was named Kibroth Hattaavah, because there they buried the people who had craved other food
خُداوند بٹیریں بھیجتا ہے
31اور خُداوند کی طرف سے ایک آندھی چلی اور سمُندر سے بٹیریں اُڑا لائی اور اُن کو لشکر گاہ کے برابر اور اُس کے گِرداگِرد ایک دِن کی راہ تک اِس طرف اور ایک ہی دِن کی راہ تک دُوسری طرف زمِین سے قرِیباً دو دو ہاتھ اُوپر ڈال دِیا۔ 32اور لوگوں نے اُٹھ کر اُس سارے دِن اور اُس ساری رات اور اُس کے دُوسرے دِن بھی بٹیریں جمع کِیں اور جِس نے کم سے کم جمع کی تِھیں اُس کے پاس بھی دس خومر کے برابر جمع ہو گئِیں اور اُنہوں نے اپنے لِئے لشکر گاہ کی چاروں طرف اُن کو پَھیلا دِیا۔ 33اور اُن کا گوشت اُنہوں نے دانتوں سے کاٹا ہی تھا اور اُسے چبانے بھی نہیں پائے تھے کہ خُداوند کا قہر اُن
لوگوں پر بھڑک اُٹھا اور خُداوند نے اُن لوگوں کو بڑی سخت وبا سے مارا۔ 34سو اُس مقام کا نام قِبروت ہَتّاؔوہ رکھّا گیا کیونکہ اُنہوں نے اُن لوگوں کو جنہوں نے حِرص کی تھی وہیں دفن کِیا۔
My point of view about above verses
Moses complained God as every family is wailing at entrance of tent of meeting and demanding meet. God told Moses, tell people to dedicate themselves or make them holy, as tomorrow they will eat meat as he heard your wailing against Him. You will eat meat 30 days consecutively for a whole month- until it will come out of your nostrils and you can’t stand it any more as you have rejected the Lord and said that why we left Egypt-
Everything is possible with God - A God who is creator, on whose command water of river stands like walls and Israelites pass the river through that passage even after experiencing that, they keep testing God. In the end which did not prove good
As when God provided them meat in shape of quails and before their consumption a severe plague spread and people died - This is how when we are not thankful for God blessings and ask more and more
Sometimes because of our bodily desires we ask God and He gives us but not willingly - so we should not pressure Him and accept whatever He provides us - As He is our Father as Jesus told us - And Father knows what is good for children
Let God give us wisdom to understand his word and help us to apply it in our lives
