Numbers 15 ; verse 27- 29
Offerings for Unintentional Sins
27 “‘But if just one person sins unintentionally, that person must bring a year-old female goat for a sin offering. 28 The priest is to make atonement before the Lord for the one who erred by sinning unintentionally, and when atonement has been made, that person will be forgiven. 29 One and the same law applies to everyone who sins unintentionally, whether a native-born Israelite or a foreigner residing among you.
My point of view about above verses
If a single person fails to keep any commandments given by God unintentionally – then that person has to offer a female goat for sin offering – The priest has to make atonement for that person before the Lord whether one is Israelite or foreigner residing among them – and they will be forgiven
To be forgiven offering is a price to pay to God almighty - although He is merciful but He wants us to obey him and if we do some mistakes unintentionally - we have to present him offerings to be forgiven. so here God is concerned about native born Israeli or foreigner equally - He wants that all his people should obey Him
Let God give us wisdom to understand His word and help us to apply it in our lives
