Sabbath Offerings
9 “‘On the Sabbath day, make an offering of two lambs a year old without defect, together with its drink offering and a grain offering of two-tenths of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with olive oil. 10 This is the burnt offering for every Sabbath, in addition to the regular burnt offering and its drink offering.
سبت کا نذرانہ
9 “سبت کے دن ایک سال کے بغیر عیب کے دو میمنے زیتون کے تیل کے ساتھ ملے ۴ کوارٹ عمدہ آٹا اناج کے نذرانہ کے لئے اس کے پینے کے نذرانے کے ساتھ تمہیں پیش کرنا ہو گا۔ 10 یہ خاص نذرانہ ہر سبت کے دن دیاجا ئے گا۔ یہ نذرانہ روزانہ کے نذرانے کے علا وہ ہو گا۔”
My point of view about above verses
God told Moses for Sabbath offerings – two lambs without defect, together with drink offering and grain offering of two tenths of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with olive oil. This is burnt offering for every Sabbath, in addition to regular burnt offering and drink offering
Sabbath - a day of religious observance and abstinence from work, kept by Jewish people from Friday evening to Saturday evening, and by most Christians on Sunday.
"we observe the Sabbath as God has commanded"
Ephah ---an ancient Hebrew dry measure equivalent to the bath (of about 40 liters or 9 gallons
Hin--- a Hebrew unit of liquid capacity equal to approximately 5 liters (about one gallon).
God need offerings from us for Him - Although He is the one who is provider of everything but make us worthy to offer Him from his blessings bestowed upon us in different forms
Only listening is not which works with God rather to obey Him,
Let God give us wisdom to understand His word and help us to apply it in our lives
