Numbers 29 ; verse 12-16
The Festival of Tabernacles
12 “‘On the fifteenth day of the seventh month, hold a sacred assembly and do no regular work. Celebrate a festival to the Lord for seven days. 13 Present as an aroma pleasing to the Lord a food offering consisting of a burnt offering of thirteen young bulls, two rams and fourteen male lambs a year old, all without defect. 14 With each of the thirteen bulls offer a grain offering of three-tenths of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with oil; with each of the two rams, two-tenths; 15 and with each of the fourteen lambs, one-tenth. 16 Include one male goat as a sin offering, in addition to the regular burnt offering with its grain offering and drink offering.

12 “ساتویں مہینے کے پندرہویں دن ایک خاص اجلاس ہو گی تم اس دن کو ئی کام نہیں کرو گے۔ تم خداوند کے لئے سات دن تک تعطیل منا ؤ گے۔ 13 تم جلانے کی قربانی چڑھا ؤ گے یہ خداوند کے لئے راحت افزاء خوشبو ہو گی۔ تم بے عیب ۱۳ سانڈ ،۲ مینڈھے اور ایک ایک سال کے ۱۴ میمنے قربانی چڑھا ؤگے۔ 14 تم ۱۳ بیلوں میں سے ہر ایک کے ساتھ زیتون کے تیل سے ملے ہو ئے ۶ کوارٹ آٹے ، دونوں مینڈھوں میں سے ہر ایک کے ساتھ ۴ کوارٹ زیتون کا تیل ملا ہوا آٹا اور 15 چودہ میمنوں میں سے ہر ایک کے لئے ۲ کوارٹ آٹے کی قربانی چڑھا ؤگے۔ 16 تمہیں ایک بکرا بھی گناہ کی قربانی کے طور پر پیش کرنا چا ہئے۔ یہ دونوں قربانیاں روزانہ کی اناج کی قربانی اور مئے کی قربانی کے علاوہ ہونگی۔
My point of view about above verses

With each of thirteen bull there is grain offering of three tenths of an ephah of finest flour mixed with oil, with each of two rams two tenths and with each of the fourteen lambs – one tenth
Also offer one male goat as sin offering in addition to regular burnt offering with its grain offering and drink offering
The Feast of Tabernacles or Sukkot (or Feast of Booths) is a week-long fall festival commemorating the 40-year journey of the Israelites in the wilderness. They (Israelites) live in temporary shelters to remember their journey in Dessert - Its one of their main festivals after Passover and Pentecost
Ephah ---an ancient Hebrew dry measure equivalent to the bath (of about 40 liters or 9 gallons
Hin--- a Hebrew unit of liquid capacity equal to approximately 5 liters (about one gallon).
God need offerings from us for Him - Although He is the one who is provider of everything but make us worthy to offer Him from his blessings bestowed upon us in different forms
Only listening is not which works with God rather to obey Him,
Let God give us wisdom to understand His word and help us to apply it in our lives
