1 Then the Lord said to Moses, “See, I have made you like God to Pharaoh, and your brother Aaron will be your prophet.
My thoughts about above verse
The other people can act like God and Prophet as God said to Moses that you will be like God to Pharaoh and your brother Aaron will be your prophet – means he will speak on your behalf
