Deuteronomy 19 ; verse 4-6
4 This is the rule concerning anyone who kills a person and flees there for safety—anyone who kills a neighbor unintentionally, without malice aforethought. 5 For instance, a man may go into the forest with his neighbor to cut wood, and as he swings his ax to fell a tree, the head may fly off and hit his neighbor and kill him. That man may flee to one of these cities and save his life. 6 Otherwise, the avenger of blood might pursue him in a rage, overtake him if the distance is too great, and kill him even though he is not deserving of death, since he did it to his neighbor without malice aforethought. 7 This is why I command you to set aside for yourselves three cities.
4 “کو ئی آدمی کسی کو مار ڈالتا ہے اور حفاظت کے لئے ان تین شہروں میں سے کسی ایک میں بھا گ کر پناہ کے لئے پہنچتا ہے تو اس آدمی کیلئے یہ اُصول ہیں : یہ ان شخص میں سے ہو نا چا ہئے جو کسی دوسرے شخص کو اتفا قاً بغیر عداوت کے مار ڈالتا ہے۔ 5 اسکی ایک مثال یہ ہے : کو ئی آدمی کسی آدمی کے ساتھ جنگل میں لکڑی کاٹنے جا تا ہے اس میں سے ایک آدمی لکڑی کاٹنے کے لئے کلہا ڑی کو ایک درخت پر چلا تا ہے لیکن کلہا ڑی دستے سے نکل جا تی ہے اور دوسرے آدمی کو لگ جا تی ہے اور اس سے وہ مرجا تا ہے۔ وہ آدمی جس نے کلہا ڑی چلا ئی ان شہروں میں سے کسی ایک میں بھاگ کر جا سکتا ہے اور اپنے کو محفوظ کرسکتا ہے۔ 6 لیکن اگر شہر بہت دور ہو گا تو مارے گئے آدمی کا کو ئی رشتے دار [a] اس کا پیچھا کر سکتا ہے اور اس کے شہرمیں پہنچنے سے پہلے ہی اسے پکڑ سکتا ہے۔ رشتہ دار بہت غصّہ میں ہو سکتا ہے اور اس آدمی کو قتل کر سکتا ہے۔ لیکن وہ آدمی موت کی سزا کا مستحق نہیں ہے۔ وہ اس آدمی سے نفرت نہیں کرتا تھا جو اس کے ہا تھوں ما را گیا۔ 7 اس لئے میں حکم دیتا ہوں کہ تینوں شہروں کو الگ کرو۔
My point of view about above verses
If a man kills a person unintentionally then he must flee to cities of refuge and save his life otherwise avenger of blood might pursue him in rage and kill him even he does not deserve death
If we remain faithful to God, He will never abandons us rather bless us with health and worldly blessings
Let God give us wisdom to understand His word and apply it in our lives - As this is the Word of God through which we recognize Him
