Deuteronomy 22 ; verse 1-4
If you see your fellow Israelite’s ox or sheep straying, do not ignore it but be sure to take it back to its owner. 2 If they do not live near you or if you do not know who owns it, take it home with you and keep it until they come looking for it. Then give it back. 3 Do the same if you find their donkey or cloak or anything else they have lost. Do not ignore it.
4 If you see your fellow Israelite’s donkey or ox fallen on the road, do not ignore it. Help the owner get it to its feet.

22 “اگر تم دیکھو کہ تمہا رے پڑوسی کی گا ئے یا بھیڑ کُھلی ہے تو تمہیں اس سے لا پرواہ نہیں ہو نا چا ہئے تمہیں یقیناً اسے مالک کے پاس پہنچا دینا چا ہئے۔ 2 اگر تمہا را پڑوسی تمہا رے نزدیک نہ رہتا ہو یا تم اسے نہیں جانتے کہ وہ کون ہے تو تم اس گا ئے یا بھیڑ کو اپنے گھر لے جا سکتے ہو اور تم اسے اس وقت تک رکھ سکتے ہو جب تک تمہا را پڑوسی اسے ڈھونڈتا ہوا نہ آئے۔ تب تمہیں اسے اس کے مالک کو واپس کردینا چا ہئے۔ 3 تمہیں یہی ا س وقت بھی کرنا چا ہئے جب تمہیں پڑٰو سی کا گدھا ملے ، اس کے کپڑے ملیں یا کو ئی چیز جو پڑوسی کھو دیتا ہے تمہیں اپنے پڑوسی کی مدد کرنی چا ہئے۔
4 “اگر تمہا رے پڑوسی کا گدھا یا اس کی گا ئے سڑک پر گری ہو تو اس سے آنکھ نہیں پھیرنی چا ہئے تمہیں اسے پھر اٹھانے میں اس کی مدد کرنی چا ہئے۔
My point of view about above verses
If you see any ox or sheep or donkey or cloak of your fellow Israelites- don’t ignore it but return it to its owner and if you can’t find owner – take it to your home until they came to you looking for it
If you see your fellow Israelites donkey or ox fallen on road you have to help to get it on its feet. Don’t ignore it
These verses shows that we should treat our neighbors as we treat ourselves means as we take care of our things - we should show same care for them
May God give us wisdom to understand his word and apply it in our lives
