Deuteronomy 24 ; verse 14-15
14 Do not take advantage of a hired worker who is poor and needy, whether that worker is a fellow Israelite or a foreigner residing in one of your towns. 15 Pay them their wages each day before sunset, because they are poor and are counting on it. Otherwise they may cry to the Lord against you, and you will be guilty of sin.
14 “تمہیں کسی غریب یا ضرورت مند مزدور کو دھو کہ نہیں دینا چا ہئے اُس میں کو ئی فرق نہیں کہ وہ تمہا را ساتھی اسرا ئیلی ہے یا وہ کو ئی غیر ملکی ہے جو تمہا رے شہروں میں سے کسی ایک میں رہ رہا ہے۔ 15 سورج غروب ہو نے سے پہلے ہر رو ز اس کی مزدوری دے دو۔ کیوں کہ وہ غریب ہے اور اسی رقم پر اس کا بھروسہ ہے۔ اگر تم اس کی ادا ئی نہیں کرتے تو وہ خداوند سے تمہا رے خلا ف شکا یت کرے گا اور تم گناہ کرنے کے قصووار ہو گے۔
My point of view about above verses
Pay the wages of hired worker before sunset whether an Israeli or foreigner as they are poor and counting on it. Otherwise they will cry to Lord and you will be guilty of sin
God wants us to pay the right of person who is working for us before sunset
Our God want us to spend a joyful life on earth, only we need to follow what He says and believe me there is happiness around us - Righteous acts brings happiness for us - Lets do and enjoy life
-These are the orders given by God for our ultimate good and we all have to follow
May God give us wisdom to understand His Word and apply it in our lives
