Judges; Chapter 3 Verse 12
12 Again the Israelites did evil in the eyes of the Lord, and because they did this evil the Lord gave Eglon king of Moab power over Israel
12 پھر سے بنی اسرائیلیوں نے ان کاموں کو کیا جسے کہ خدا وند نے بُرا سمجھا۔ اس لئے خدا وند نے موآب کے بادشاہ عجلون کو بنی اسرائیلیوں کو شکست دینے کی طاقت دی
My point of view about above verses
Lord became very angry with Israel and said as this nation has violated the covenant I made with their ancestors – I will no longer drive other nations out and will test Israel through them whether they follow the way of the Lord as their ancestors did
God gave Israel into the hands of King of Moab as again they did evil in the eyes of the Lord
If we worship someone else other than God, or do evil and not obey his commandments He will left us on the mercy of others and test us throuh other people - our life will become miserable- oue enemies will conquer us - He will give them power to overthrow us
May God give us wisdom to understand His Word and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
