1Samuel ; Chapter 18 Verse 12-16
12 Saul was afraid of David, because the Lord was with David but had departed from Saul. 13 So he sent David away from him and gave him command over a thousand men, and David led the troops in their campaigns. 14 In everything he did he had great success, because the Lord was with him. 15 When Saul saw how successful he was, he was afraid of him. 16 But all Israel and Judah loved David, because he led them in their campaigns.
12 ساؤل داؤد سے ڈرا ہوا تھا۔ کیوں کہ خداوند داؤد کے ساتھ تھا اور خداوند نے ساؤل کا ساتھ چھو ڑدیا تھا۔ 13 ساؤل نے داؤد کو اپنے پاس سے دور بھیج دیا۔ ساؤل نے داؤد کو ۰۰۰،۱ سپا ہیوں کا سردار بنا یا۔ داؤد نے جنگ میں سپا ہیوں کی سرداری کی۔ 14 خداوند داؤد کے ساتھ تھا۔ اس لئے داؤد ہر چیز میں کامیاب ہوا۔ 15 ساؤ ل نے دیکھا کہ داؤد بہت ہی کامیاب ہے تو ساؤل داؤد سے بہت ہی زیادہ خو فزدہ ہوا۔ 16 لیکن اسرا ئیل اور یہوداہ کے تمام لوگ داؤد کو چاہنے لگے۔ وہ اس کو اس لئے چاہتے تھے کہ وہ جنگو ں میں ان کی رہنما ئی کرتا تھا اور ان کے لئے لڑتا تھا۔
My point of view about above verses
God became angry with Saul as he did not act fully on the instructions given by God
Wr need to obey God with our heart, mind, soul and body and do not offer him anything from loot
When Samuel anoint David in presence of his brothers- spirit of Lord came powerfully upon him
Spirit of Lord departed from Saul and an evil spirit from Lord tormented him
Saul was afraid from David as God was with him so he sent him away
May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
