2 Chronicles ; Chapter 20 verse 27-28
Jehoshaphat Defeats Moab and Ammon
27 Then, led by Jehoshaphat, all the men of Judah and Jerusalem returned joyfully to Jerusalem, for the Lord had given them cause to rejoice over their enemies. 28 They entered Jerusalem and went to the temple of the Lord with harps and lyres and trumpets.
27 تب یہو سفط ، یہوداہ اور یروشلم کے سب آدمیوں کو یروشلم واپس لے آئے۔ وہ لوگ خوشی خوشی واپس آئے۔ خدا وند نے انہیں بہت خوشی عطا کی۔ کیوں کہ انکے دشمنوں کو شکست ہوئی تھی۔ 28 وہ یروشلم میں بربط ، سِتار اور بگل کے ساتھ آئے اور خدا وند کی ہیکل میں گئے۔
My point of view about above verses
Lord was with Jehosaphat as he followed the ways of his father David and obeyed God’s commands and decrees
God's people seek help from God in situations of distress - They cry for help and God listens to His people
God fights for His people and knows how to save them
We need to trust Him and give Him thanks always
People returned joyfully from battle as Lord has given them cause to rejoice over their enemies
May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
