The Ten Commandments
Exodus 20 , verse 7
7 “You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God, for the Lord will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name.
My point of view about above verses
God does not want people to misuse His name – anyone who will do like this will be blamed like sometimes we swear on God’s name i.e. misusing of His name and sometimes we refer Him during our conversations without even knowing the respect of HIS HOLY NAME
