2 Chronicles ; Chapter 36 verse 15-19
The Fall of Jerusalem
15 The Lord, the God of their ancestors, sent word to them through his messengers again and again, because he had pity on his people and on his dwelling place. 16 But they mocked God’s messengers, despised his words and scoffed at his prophets until the wrath of the Lord was aroused against his people and there was no remedy. 17 He brought up against them the king of the Babylonians, who killed their young men with the sword in the sanctuary, and did not spare young men or young women, the elderly or the infirm. God gave them all into the hands of Nebuchadnezzar. 18 He carried to Babylon all the articles from the temple of God, both large and small, and the treasures of the Lord’s temple and the treasures of the king and his officials. 19 They set fire to God’s temple and broke down the wall of Jerusalem; they burned all the palaces and destroyed everything of value there.
15 خداوند نے ان کے آبا ؤاجداد کے خدا نے لوگوں کو بار بار خبردار کرنے کے لئے نبیوں کو بھیجا۔خداوند نے اپنے گھر میں لوگوں پر رحم کیا تھا۔خداوند ان کو یا اس کے گھر کو برباد کرنا نہیں چا ہا۔ 16 لیکن خدا کے لوگو ں نے خدا کے نبیو ں کا مذا ق اُڑا یا۔ انہوں نے خدا کے نبیوں کی بات سننے سے انکار کیا۔ انہو ں نے خدا کے پیغام سے نفرت کی۔ خدا اپنے لوگو ں سے ناراض ہو گیا اور ایسا کچھ نہ تھا جو اسے روکنے کے لئے کیا جا سکے۔ 17 اس لئے خدا بابل کے بادشا ہ کو یروشلم اور یہوداہ کے لوگو ں پر حملہ کرنے کے لئے لا یا۔ بابل کے بادشا ہ نے نوجوانوں کو مار ڈا لا جب وہ اپنے ہیکل میں تھے۔اس نے یہودا ہ اور یروشلم کے لوگو ں پر رحم نہ کیا۔بابل کے بادشا ہ نے صرف جوان اور بوڑھے لوگوں کو ہی نہیں بلکہ اس نے سارے مردوں اور عورتوں کو بھی مار ڈا لا۔ اس نے بیماروں اور تندرستوں کو بھی ماردیا۔ خدا نے نبو کد نضر کو یہودا ہ اور یروشلم کے لوگوں کو سزا دینے کی اجا زت دے دی۔ 18 نبو کد نضر نے ہیکل کی تمام چیزوں کو با بل لے گیا۔اس نے تما م قیمتی چیزوں کو ہیکل سے ، بادشا ہ سے ، اور بادشا ہ کے افسرو ں سے لے لیا۔ 19 نبوکد نضر اور اس کی فوج نے ہیکل کو جلا دیا۔انہوں نے یروشلم کی دیوار کو توڑ دیا اور اس نے عہدیداروں کے گھرو ں کو اور محلوں کو جلادیا۔ انہوں نے سبھی قیمتی چیزوں کو تباہ کردیا۔
My point of view about above verses
God told king of Egypt to fight with king of Judah- King of Egypt told this to Josiah king of Judah but he didn’t listen and go in battle against king of Egypt and defeated and died
God sent word to people of Israelites through His Messengers but they didn't listen to them and mock them until God’s wrath aroused against his people and he handed them over to king of Babylon – Nebuchadnezzar – he killed their youth and took all treasures of trample and palace to Babylon
God sent His prophets time to time for beterment of people
May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
