Isaiah 7, verse 13-17

13 Then Isaiah said, “Hear now, you house of David! Is it not enough to try the patience of humans? Will you try the patience of my God also? 14 Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel. 15 He will be eating curds and honey when he knows enough to reject the wrong and choose the right, 16 for before the boy knows enough to reject the wrong and choose the right, the land of the two kings you dread will be laid waste. 17 The Lord will bring on you and on your people and on the house of your father a time unlike any since Ephraim broke away from Judah—he will bring the king of Assyria.”
3 تب یسعیاہ نے کہا ، “اے داؤد کے خاندان دھیان سے سنو! تم لوگوں کے صبر کا امتحان لیتے ہو ، کیا یہ تمہارے لئے کافی نہیں ہے ؟ اب تم میرے خدا کے صبر کا امتحان لینے لگے۔ 14 لیکن میرا مالک خدا تمہیں ایک نشان دکھا ئے گا :
دیکھو ! ایک پاکدامن کنواری حاملہ ہوگی اور وہ ایک بیٹے کو جنم دیگی۔ وہ اپنے بیٹے کا نام عمانوایل [a] رکھے گی۔15 عمانوایل دہی اور شہد کھا ئے گا جب تک وہ برائی کو چھو ڑ نے اور اچھا ئی کو چننے نہ سیکھ لیتا ہے۔16 لیکن پیشتر اس کے کہ یہ لڑ کا نیکی کو چننے اور بدی کو چھو ڑ نے کے قابل ہو جائے،
ان دو بادشاہوں کی زمین جس سے تم ڈرے ہوئے ہو ویران ہو جائے گی۔
17 “لیکن خدا وند تم پر ، اور تمہارے لوگوں پر اور تمہارے باپ کے خاندان کے لوگوں پر تباہی لائے گا۔ اس دن کی تباہی اس سے بھی زیادہ بری ہوگی جب اسرائیل یہوداہ سے الگ ہوا تھا۔ خدا وند اسور کے بادشاہ کو تمہارے خلاف لائے گا۔
My point of view about above verses
God told Isaiah and his son to meet Ahaz king and tell be careful, keep calm & don’t be afraid from king of Aram and king of Israel
God told Isaiah that destruction the two kings are planning are not going to happen
God asked King Ahaz – ask your Lord some sign but He said I will not put the Lord to the test
Isaiah said God will give you a sign – the virgin will conceive and give birth to a son and we will call him Immanuel – he will eat curds and honey when he knows to reject the wrong and choose right – the land of two kings will be laid waste
May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
