 Isaiah 9, verse  13-17

The Lord’s Anger Against Israel

13 But the people have not returned to him who struck them,     nor have they sought the Lord Almighty. 14 So the Lord will cut off from Israel both head and tail,     both palm branch and reed in a single day; 15 the elders and dignitaries are the head,     the prophets who teach lies are the tail. 16 Those who guide this people mislead them,     and those who are guided are led astray. 17 Therefore the Lord will take no pleasure in the young men,     nor will he pity the fatherless and widows, for everyone is ungodly and wicked,     every mouth speaks folly.

Yet for all this, his anger is not turned away,     his hand is still upraised.

13 خدا نے لوگوں کو سزا دی۔ لیکن تب بھی وہ لوگ گناہ کرنے سے باز نہیں آئے اور نہ ہی اسکی طرف لو ٹے وہ لوگ خدا وند قادر مطلق کی طرف نہیں مڑے۔ 14 اس لئے خدا وند نے اسرائیل کا سر اور دُم ، شاخیں اور تنا ایک ہی دن میں کاٹ دیا۔ 15 یہاں بزر گ اور اہم آدمی سر تھے۔ اور جو نبی جھو ٹی باتیں سکھا تا ہے وہی دُم تھے۔

16 وہ لوگ جو لوگوں کی رہنمائی کرتے ہیں وہ انہیں بری راہ پر لے جاتے ہیں۔ اور ان لوگوں کو جو ان کے پیچھے چلتے ہیں فنا کردیا جائے گا۔ 17 اس لئے خدا وند ان کے جوان آدمیوں سے ناراض تھے اور وہ یتیموں اور بیواؤں پر کبھی رحم نہ کرے گا کیوں کہ ان میں ہر ایک بے دین اور بد کا رہے اور نافرمان ہے ہر ایک جھوٹ بولتا ہے۔

My point of view about above verses

God told Isaiah that Israel will be punished for their arrogance 

God told that Arameans from the east and Philistines from the West will devour Israel with open mouth

Since they didn't turn to their God who rose his anger against them so he will show no pity to fatherless & widows and no pleasure in young men of Israelites – he will cut their head and  tail- head is elders and dignitaries and tail is false prophets

God is angry with those people who are ungodly and lead their lives wickedly and punish them 

May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
