The Kohathites
The Lord said to Moses and Aaron: 2 “Take a census of the Kohathite branch of the Levites by their clans and families. 3 Count all the men from thirty to fifty years of age who come to serve in the work at the tent of meeting.
4 “This is the work of the Kohathites at the tent of meeting: the care of the most holy things. 5 When the camp is to move, Aaron and his sons are to go in and take down the shielding curtain and put it over the ark of the covenant law. 6 Then they are to cover the curtain with a durable leather, spread a cloth of solid blue over that and put the poles in place.
1)اور خُداوند نے مُوسیٰ اور ہارُون سے کہا کہ۔
(2)بنی لاوی میں سے قہاتیوں کو اُن کے گھرانوں اور آبائی خاندانوں کے مُطابِق۔
(3)تِیس برس سے لے کر پچاس برس کی عُمر تک کے جِتنے خَیمۂِ اِجتماع میں کام کرنے کے لِئے مَقدِس کی خِدمت میں شامِل ہیں اُن سبھوں کو گِنو۔
(4)اور خَیمۂِ اِجتماع میں پاکترین چِیزوں کی نِسبت بنی قہات کا یہ کام ہو گا۔
(5)کہ جب لشکر کُوچ کرے تُو ہارُون اور اُس کے بیٹے آئیں اور بِیچ کے پردہ کو اُتاریں اور اُس سے شہادت کے صندُوق کو ڈھانکیں۔
(6)اور اُس پر تُخس کی کھالوں کا ایک غِلاف ڈالیں اور اُس کے اُوپر بِالکُل آسمانی رنگ کا کپڑا بِچھائیں اور اُس میں اُس کی چوبیں لگائیں۔
My point of view about above verses
God told Moses to count all men who are 30 years and above till 50 years of age of Kohathites clan of Levites to perform duties for tent of meeting - However Aaron and his sons has to go inside the most holy place -
God wants men to work for him at their prime age which is between 30 to 50 years
Let God give us wisdom to understand his word and apply it in our lives
