Numbers 9 ; verse 4-5
The Passover
4 So Moses told the Israelites to celebrate the Passover, 5 and they did so in the Desert of Sinai at twilight on the fourteenth day of the first month. The Israelites did everything just as the Lord commanded Moses.
(4)سو مُوسیٰ نے بنی اِسرائیل کو حُکم کِیا کہ عِیدِ فَسح کریں۔
(5)اور اُنہوں نے پہلے مہِینے کی چَودھویں تارِیخ کی شام کو دشتِ سِینا میں عِیدِ فَسح کی اور بنی اِسرائیل نے سب پر جو خُداوند نے مُوسیٰ کو حُکم دِیا تھا عمل کِیا
My point of view about above verses
God told Moses to tell Israelites to celebrate Passover (a festival to remember that God used Moses to free Israelites from slavery in Egypt) in wilderness and it need to be celebrated at appointed time and as per rules and regulations - It must be celebrated wherever you are. This Passover was one year apart when they left Egypt - where they were slaves to go to the promised land - so Israelites celebrated Passover on 14th day of first Month as per commandment given by God to Moses
