Numbers 21 ; verse 32-25
32 After Moses had sent spies to Jazer, the Israelites captured its surrounding settlements and drove out the Amorites who were there. 33 Then they turned and went up along the road toward Bashan, and Og king of Bashan and his whole army marched out to meet them in battle at Edrei.
34 The Lord said to Moses, “Do not be afraid of him, for I have delivered him into your hands, along with his whole army and his land. Do to him what you did to Sihon king of the Amorites, who reigned in Heshbon.”
35 So they struck him down, together with his sons and his whole army, leaving them no survivors. And they took possession of his land.
32 موسیٰ نے جا سوسوں کو یعزیر شہر پر نگرانی کیلئے بھیجا۔ موسیٰ کے ایسا کرنے کے بعد بنی اسرا ئیلیو ں نے اُس شہر پر قبضہ کر لیا۔ انہوں نے اس کے چاروں طرف کے چھو ٹے چھو ٹے شہر پر بھی قبضہ جما یا۔ بنی اسرا ئیلیوں نے اس جگہ پر رہنے وا لے اموریوں کو وہ جگہ چھو ڑنے پر دبا ؤ ڈا لا۔
33 تب بنی اسرا ئیلیوں نے بسن کی طرف جانے وا لی سڑک پر سفر کیا۔ بسن کے باد شاہ عوج اپنی فوج اور بنی اسرا ئیلیوں کا مقابلہ کرنے نکلا وہ ادر عی نام کے علاقے میں اُن کے خلاف لڑا۔
34 لیکن خداوند نے موسیٰ سے کہا ، “اُس بادشاہ سے مت ڈرو۔ میں تمہا رے ذریعے اس کو شکست دو ں گا۔ تم اس کی پو ری فوج اور ملک کو حا صل کرو گے۔ تم اس کے ساتھ وہی کرو جو تم نے اموری لوگوں کے بادشاہ سیحون کے ساتھ کیا جو حسبون میں رہتا تھا۔”
35 بنی اسرا ئیلیوں نے عوج کے لوگوں اور اس کی فوجوں کو شکست دی۔ انکے تمام فوجوں اور بیٹوں کو شکست دے دی گئی تھی کو ئی بھی زندہ باقی نہیں بچا تھا۔ اس طرح سے بنی اسرا ئیلیوں نے اس پو رے ملک پر قبضہ کر لیا۔
My point of view about above verses
God told Moses don’t be afraid from Og king of Bashan and do the same as you did with Amorites as I will deliver them into your hands so they did as Lord commanded them and take possession of the land
The kingdom of worlds are in God hands and He gives to those whom He wants to
Let God give us wisdom to understand His word and help us to apply it in our lives
