Numbers 34 ; verse 13-15
13 Moses commanded the Israelites: “Assign this land by lot as an inheritance. The Lord has ordered that it be given to the nine and a half tribes, 14 because the families of the tribe of Reuben, the tribe of Gad and the half-tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance. 15 These two and a half tribes have received their inheritance east of the Jordan across from Jericho, toward the sunrise.”
13 موسیٰ نے بنی اسرا ئیلیوں کو حکم دیا : “یہی وہ زمین ہے جسے تم لوگ تقسیم کرو گے۔ تم لوگ نو خاندانی گروہ اور منسی کے آ دھے خاندانی گروہ کے بیچ زمین کے تقسیم کر نے کے لئے قرعہ ڈا لو گے۔ 14 رُوبن، جاد خاندانی گروہ کے لوگ منسی کے آدھے خاندانی گروہ کے لوگوں نے اپنی اپنی میراث لی۔ 15 وہ ڈھا ئی خاندان گروہوں نے یریحو کے قریب دریا ئے یردن کے مشرق میں اپنی میراث حاصل کی۔”
My point of view about above verses
God told Moses tell Israelites when you enter Canaan – you need to occupy whole land- God told four boundaries of promised land; southern, western, northern and Eastern
God told Moses tell Israelites to distribute this land by lot and in nine and a half tribes as 2 and half tribes has already received their inheritance of land
Only listening is not which works with God rather to obey what He commands,
Let God give us wisdom to understand His word and help us to apply it in our lives
