Numbers 35;verse 16- 21
16 “‘If anyone strikes someone a fatal blow with an iron object, that person is a murderer; the murderer is to be put to death. 17 Or if anyone is holding a stone and strikes someone a fatal blow with it, that person is a murderer; the murderer is to be put to death. 18 Or if anyone is holding a wooden object and strikes someone a fatal blow with it, that person is a murderer; the murderer is to be put to death. 19 The avenger of blood shall put the murderer to death; when the avenger comes upon the murderer, the avenger shall put the murderer to death. 20 If anyone with malice aforethought shoves another or throws something at them intentionally so that they die 21 or if out of enmity one person hits another with their fist so that the other dies, that person is to be put to death; that person is a murderer. The avenger of blood shall put the murderer to death when they meet.
16 اگر کوئی آدمی کسی کو مارنے کے لئے لوہے کا ہتھیار استعمال میں لاتا ہے تو وہ قاتل ہے اور اُس آدمی کو بھی مار دینا چاہئے۔ 17 اور اگر کوئی آدمی ایک پتھر اٹھا تا ہے اور کسی کو مارڈالتا ہے تو وہ قاتل ہے اور اُسے بھی مار دینا چاہئے۔ پتھر اس طرح کا ہونا چاہئے جسے عام طور پر آدمیوں کو مارنے کے لئے استعمال میں لایا جاتا ہے۔ 18 اگر کوئی آدمی کسی لکڑی کا استعمال کرتا ہے اور کسی کو مارڈالتا ہے تو وہ قاتل ہے اُسے بھی مار دینا چاہئے۔ وہ لکڑی ایک ہتھیار کے طور پر ہونی چاہئے جس کا استعمال لوگ آدمیوں کو مار نے کے لئے کر تے ہیں۔ 19 مقتول آدمی کے خاندان کا فرد اُس قاتل کا پیچھا کر سکتا ہے اور اسے مار سکتا ہے۔
20-21 “کوئی آدمی کسی پرحملہ کر سکتا ہے اور اسے مار سکتا ہے یا کو ئی آدمی کسی کو دھکا دے سکتا ہے اور اسے مار سکتا ہے یا کو ئی آ دمی کسی پر کچھ پھینک
سکتا ہے اور اسے مار سکتا ہے۔ اگر اس آدمی نے نفرت کی بنا پر یا جعل سازی کی بنا پر اس آدمی کو مار ڈالتا ہے تو اس آدمی کو مار ڈا لنا چا ہئے۔ مقتول کے خاندان کا کو ئی فرد اس قا تل کا پیچھا کر سکتا ہے اور اسے مار سکتا ہے۔
My point of view about above verses
The murderer is to be put to death by the avenger – The murder can be with iron object, stone, wooden object or with fist – If someone throw something intentionally towards other person so that he should die – or he died then the person who throws or hit is murderer and should be put to death
God laws are clear and gives life to those who lives by them - whoever go against those laws, there is a punishment for them
God tells each and every details to the people to live a good life
Only listening is not which works with God rather to obey what He commands,
Let God give us wisdom to understand His word and help us to apply it in our lives
