Numbers 36;verse 9-13
5 Then at the Lord’s command Moses gave this order to the Israelites: “What the tribe of the descendants of Joseph is saying is right. 6 This is what the Lord commands for Zelophehad’s daughters: They may marry anyone they please as long as they marry within their father’s tribal clan. 7 No inheritance in Israel is to pass from one tribe to another, for every Israelite shall keep the tribal inheritance of their ancestors. 8 Every daughter who inherits land in any Israelite tribe must marry someone in her father’s tribal clan, so that every Israelite will possess the inheritance of their ancestors. 9 No inheritance may pass from one tribe to another, for each Israelite tribe is to keep the land it inherits.”
13 These are the commands and regulations the Lord gave through Moses to the Israelites on the plains of Moab by the Jordan across from Jericho.
5تب مُوسیٰ نے خُداوند کے کلام کے مُطابِق بنی اِسرائیل کو حُکم دِیا اور کہا کہ بنی یُوسفؔ کے قبِیلہ کے لوگ ٹِھیک کہتے ہیں۔ 6سو صلافِحاد کی بیٹِیوں کے حق میں خُداوند کا حُکم یہ ہے کہ وہ جِن کو پسند کریں اُن ہی سے بیاہ کریں لیکن اپنے باپ دادا کے قبِیلہ ہی کے خاندانوں میں بیاہی جائیں۔ 7یُوں بنی اِسرائیل کی مِیراث ایک قبِیلہ سے دُوسرے قبِیلہ میں نہیں جانے پائے گی کیونکہ ہر اِسرائیلی کو اپنے باپ دادا کے قبِیلہ کی مِیراث کو اپنے قبضہ میں رکھنا ہو گا۔ 8اور اگر بنی اِسرائیل کے کِسی قبِیلہ میں کوئی لڑکی ہو جو مِیراث کی مالِک ہو تو وہ اپنے باپ کے قبِیلہ کے کِسی خاندان میں بیاہ کرے تاکہ ہر اِسرائیلی اپنے باپ دادا کی مِیراث پر قائِم رہے۔ 9یُوں کِسی کی مِیراث ایک قبِیلہ سے دُوسرے قبِیلہ میں نہیں جانے پائے گی کیونکہ بنی اِسرائیل کے قبِیلوں کو لازِم ہے کہ اپنی اپنی مِیراث اپنے اپنے قبضہ میں رکھّیں۔
10اور صلافِحاد کی بیٹِیوں نے جَیسا خُداوند نے مُوسیٰ کو حُکم دِیا تھا وَیسا ہی کِیا۔ 11کیونکہ مَحلاہ اور تِرضاہ اور حُجلاہ اور مِلکاہ اور نُوعاہ جو صلافِحاد کی بیٹِیاں تِھیں وہ اپنے چچیرے بھائِیوں کے ساتھ بیاہی گئِیں۔ 12یعنی وہ یُوسفؔ کے بیٹے منَسّی کی نسل کے خاندانوں میں بیاہی گئِیں اور اُن کی مِیراث اُن کے آبائی خاندان کے قبِیلہ میں قائِم رہی۔ 13جو احکام اور فَیصلے خُداوند نے مُوسیٰ کی معرفت موآب کے مَیدانوں میں جو یِریحُو کے مُقابِل یَردن کے کنارے واقِع ہیں بنی اِسرائیل کو دِئے وہ یِہی ہیں۔
My point of view about above verses
God told Moses that no inheritance in Israel is to pass from one tribe to another- every Israelites shall keep the tribal inheritance of their ancestors.
God laws are clear and gives life to those who lives by them -
God tells each and every details to the people to live a good life
Only listening is not which works with God rather to obey what He commands,
Let God give us wisdom to understand His word and help us to apply it in our lives
