Deuteronomy 19 ; verse 8-10
8 If the Lord your God enlarges your territory, as he promised on oath to your ancestors, and gives you the whole land he promised them, 9 because you carefully follow all these laws I command you today—to love the Lord your God and to walk always in obedience to him—then you are to set aside three more cities. 10 Do this so that innocent blood will not be shed in your land, which the Lord your God is giving you as your inheritance, and so that you will not be guilty of bloodshed.
8 “خداوند تمہا رے خدا نے تمہا رے آباء واجداد سے یہ وعدہ کیا میں تم لوگوں کی سرحد کی توسیع کروں گا۔ وہ تم لوگوں کو پو را ملک دے گا جسے دینے کا وعدہ اس نے تمہا رے آ باؤاجداد سے کیا تھا۔ 9 وہ یہ کرے گا اگر انکے احکاما ت کی تعمیل پو ری طرح کرو گے جنہیں میں تمہیں آج دے رہا ہوں۔ اگر تم خداونداپنے خدا سے محبت کرو گے اور اس کی راہ پر ہمیشہ چلتے رہو گے تب اگر خداوند تمہا رے ملک کو بڑا بنا تا ہے تو تمہیں تین دوسرے شہر حفا ظت کے لئے چُننا چا ہئے وہ پہلے تین شہروں کے ساتھ ملا دینا چا ہئے۔ 10 تب بے قصور لو گ اس شہر میں نہیں ما رے جا ئیں گے جسے خداوند تمہا را خدا تمہیں دے رہا ہے اور تم کسی بھی موت کے لئے قصووار نہیں ہو گے
My point of view about above verses
If a man kills a person unintentionally then he must flee to cities of refuge and save his life otherwise avenger of blood might pursue him in rage and kill him even he does not deserve death
God enlarge your territory if you walk with him means lives as per his commandments then set aside 3 more cities as city of refuge so that if anyone sheds blood un intentionally may go there and save his life so that innocent blood will not be shed in your land
Innocent Blood pollute the land so God does not want that
Let God give us wisdom to understand His word and apply it in our lives - As this is the Word of God through which we recognize Him
